Recommended intake

Stir 60 g (approx. 6 tablespoons or 4 measuring spoons) into 400 ml of water and consume immediately after training. On days when you don't train, we recommend taking it in the morning immediately after getting up to ensure a rapid supply of nutrients to the muscle cells.
