Returns and refunds

At Frey Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to return a product, we are happy to help you.

Uncomplicated return policy:

30 Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Unopened Products: We only accept returns for products that are in their original condition and have not been opened or used.

How to request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at and provide your invoice number and the reason for the return.

  1. Our customer service team will email you a return authorization and further instructions on how to return the product.

  1. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund your purchase price, minus any return shipping fees. Please note that returns may take up to 7 business days to process.

Note: Please ensure that your returned product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for lost or damaged returns that have not been packaged properly.
