Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (FREY Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG, Eggertstraße 8, 33100 Paderborn, Tel: +49 (0)5251 / 5 46 47 - 70, Fax: +49 (0)5251 / 5 46 47 - 99, E-Mail: info@freynutrition.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functioning.
