THE IMPORTANCE OF BCAA XTREME PUR

BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) include L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. BCAAs are essential amino acids, which means that the body cannot produce them itself and is dependent on the intake through the daily diet. BCAA XTREME PUR contains the branched chain amino acids in an ideal ratio of 2:1:1 and is additionally enriched with whey protein hydrolysate (with a proportion of 15%), a first-class protein raw material. Taking BCAA XTREME PUR makes particular sense immediately before and after training, as the protein it contains helps build muscle.

OPTIMAL INTAKE WITH MALTO 95 AND TRIPLE WHEY

Taking BCAA XTREME PUR is particularly recommended before and immediately after training. After training, the combination with MALTO 95 and TRIPLE WHEY is ideal. MALTO 95 is a special maltodextrin matrix with DE 12 and a GI of 120. TRIPLE WHEY has a 3-component whey matrix and, in conjunction with regular and intensive strength training, contributes to an increase in muscle mass. After training, the body releases more insulin, a highly anabolic (muscle-building) hormone in the human body, due to a high-carbohydrate diet. Insulin is responsible for transporting nutrients, i.e. proteins and carbohydrates, into the muscle cells. For this reason, the combination of the 3 supplements after training makes particular sense. Taken before training, BCAA XTREME PUR can protect muscle mass thanks to the protein it contains and help maintain it (anti-catabolic effect).

Recommended intake

Take 8 g (approx. 2 teaspoons) 30 minutes before training and immediately after with plenty of liquid. Do not dissolve the portion in water, but take it directly with plenty of liquid. Taking it after training is particularly recommended in combination with MALTO 95 and TRIPLE WHEY.
