As a semi-essential nutrient, L-carnitine acts as a receptor molecule for activated fatty acids in cell organs such as the mitochondria. Long-chain fatty acids can only be transported in the body when bound to L-carnitine. Although the body can partially produce L-carnitine itself, our organism is particularly dependent on exogenous supply in cases of increased consumption and/or an existing deficiency.

Recommended intake

Mix 1 serving = 25 ml (approx. 3 tablespoons) in 300 ml of water and take 30 minutes before training.
