WHY NATURAL BODYBUILDING - PART 1
WHY NATURAL BODYBUILDING | PART 1
THERE ARE 1001 REASONS TO STAY DOPING-FREE!
Nobody can take THAT away from me. I am not dependent on anything or anyone. No medication or other substances. There is no variable that matters when it comes to my body. Only passionate training and healthy eating, my entire life. Body and mind in harmony. There are 1001 reasons for me to remain doping-free, but this one is the most important for me: sustainability!
THERE ARE NO UPS AND DOWNS, NO HIGHS AND LOWERS.
I will never be in worse physical and mental shape in the coming years and decades than I am now. My training, my physique and my psyche are in a constantly progressive process, with one clear trend: FORWARD, only forward. There are no ups and downs, no highs and lows in my athletic career. Maybe I will only make smaller and more insignificant progress over time, but PROGRESS nonetheless. I don't have to worry about experiencing any drastic differences in my body composition just because financial or health constraints negatively affect it.
I'm not "afraid" of getting older. Quite the opposite, I'm actually looking forward to it. Some of the most impressive natural athletes are twice my age or older. And I'm excited to see where this sport will take me.
FOR ME IT'S ONLY ABOUT ONE THING: LIVING MY LIFE HAPPILY AND IN HARMONY WITH YOURSELF.
I have only been doing strength training for five years, but in that time I have survived several generations of people who have chosen a different path than me (which I am not criticizing in the slightest). But I have observed one thing time and again: in the end, everyone gets what they deserve. I promote natural bodybuilding. At the same time, however, I have ZERO problems with people who pursue different ideals and goals than me. In the end, life and this sport are only about one thing: living your life happily and in harmony with yourself. No one can see inside you. You don't have to answer to anyone...only yourself. Make something of it!
With this in mind, I wish everyone who reads this all the best and much success on their journey.
Best regards,
Your Malte
PS: I don't want to step on anyone's toes or say anything bad with these words. I just want to share and spread my ideals because I think they represent the best way to be happy and healthy in the long term. Also because I have the impression that there is a development going on that I personally simply don't approve of. But I certainly don't want to play the moralizer who knows everything better. And I don't judge anyone for their decisions. Everyone should do what they want. As I mentioned in an earlier post: everyone is the architect of their own happiness. Ultimately, everyone is responsible for themselves (and for their loved ones).
