NUTRITIONAL BACKGROUND OF CREATIN CAPS

Creatine is an energy buffer and is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (= adenosine triphosphate). Creatine is a substance produced by the body in the liver from the three amino acids glycine, arginine and methionine. The latter is essential for the body and must be supplied through daily food. In addition to the body's own production, the body also obtains some of its creatine from food. However, to absorb 5 g of creatine, for example, you would have to eat around 1.1 kg of red meat. Creatine is converted into creatine phosphate (CP) and is stored in the muscles. CP increases the content of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). It is important to regularly consume 3 g per day. When taking creatine, you should ensure that you drink enough fluids. A loading phase is not necessary with CREATIN CAPS.
