Creatine is an energy buffer and is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (= adenosine triphosphate). Creatine is a substance produced by the body in the liver from three amino acids: glycine, arginine and methionine. The latter is essential for the body and must be supplied through daily food. In addition to the body's own production, the body also obtains some of its creatine from food. However, to absorb 5 g of creatine, for example, you would have to eat around 1.1 kg of red meat. Creatine is converted into creatine phosphate (CP) and is stored in the muscles. CP increases the content of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Recommended intake

Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before training and 3 capsules immediately after with plenty of liquid. After training, CREATIN X6 works best in combination with TRIPLE WHEY and MALTO 95. On non-training days, take 6 capsules with a meal.
