Protein is the most important building block of our body, which plays a key role in determining how healthy, muscular and efficient we are. Protein is not only important for bodybuilding to build muscle, everyone needs protein, because without protein no life would be possible.

The average recommendation for athletes is around 2 g of protein per kilogram of body weight to build muscle. An 80 kg athlete would therefore need around 160 g of protein per day to build muscle. It is not uncommon for advanced athletes and competitive athletes to use 3 to 4 g of protein per kilogram of body weight and thus achieve excellent results in terms of muscle building and performance. If you cannot cover your daily protein requirements with your normal diet, we recommend supplementing with a high-quality protein concentrate. The total amount of protein should ideally be evenly distributed over 4 to 5 meals per day.
