MALTO 95 FOR TIMELY GLYCOGEN REPLACEMENT

Anyone who does a lot and trains hard needs to eat sensibly and in a balanced way. A plentiful supply of proteins, a moderate intake of unsaturated fatty acids and the consumption of readily available carbohydrates at the right times are crucial. During training, muscle cells lose glycogen. This loss should be compensated for after training. MALTO 95 is a good tool for this and is regularly used by well-informed athletes immediately after training.

DEXTROSE EQUIVALENT OF 12

The DE value (= dextrose equivalent) is a measure of the extent to which polymer degradation occurs, so products with a low DE value contain a high proportion of polysaccharides and a low content of low molecular weight sugars, while products with a high DE value consist mainly of low molecular weight sugars. MALTO 95 has an optimal DE 12 for maximum, even and efficient glycogen replenishment of the muscle cells.

GLYCEMIC INDEX OF 120

The glycemic index (GI) indicates the blood sugar-increasing effect of a carbohydrate in numbers. Dextrose serves as a reference value and has a glycemic index of 100. MALTO 95 has a high GI of 120 and is therefore superior to pure dextrose, i.e. glucose. Taking MALTO 95 is particularly recommended in combination with TRIPLE WHEY and BCAA XTREME immediately after training.

Recommended intake

Take 80 g (approx. 8 tablespoons) directly after training with plenty of liquid. As a rule of thumb, take 1 g per kg of body weight. Best taken in combination with TRIPLE WHEY and BCAA XTREME. No intake is necessary on days when you don't train.
